City Hotel Frankfurt - Frankfurt am Main

The room layout was comfortable and efficient, with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. The furniture was modern and nicely styled, giving the room a trendy feel. I also appreciated the fact that the kitchen had a dishwasher, making it convenient for longer stays. The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. It was also a bonus to have washing and drying rooms on each floor, making it easy to do laundry.

On the flip side, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the room lacked sufficient storage space, which made it challenging to keep our belongings organized.

The best thing is the location. Although not a very good area, in a few minutes you can easily reach downtown. The room was clean.

Although not listed on the site are two buildings belonging to the same hotel. I had the misfortune of sitting in the second one. The staff is not friendly!

The hotel is not bad, given that the price is right, the location is right (if you want to stay by Konstablerwache), and the room is clean and internet free and functioning. Staff was smiling and quick, no hassles. I appreciate their efforts to provide good accommodation for low budgeters. No air condition though, but I didn't suffer. I will go again.

Spent the Xmas Holidays at a nice apart-hotel in Germany. It had a separate bedroom, a shower room, and a small but useful kitchen. the furniture was modern and efficient, with a dishwasher in the kitchen, a plus. the hotel had washing and drying rooms on each floor, which was helpful for a longer stay. the location was in a central area, close to public transport and shopping areas, perfect to explore the city.

The hotel was not as clean as expected, and there were some minor issues with the staff. the shower had some mold, and the floors were not swept thoroughly before my arrival.

The quad room was just perfect! :) At a low price the room had everything from a kitchenette to shampoo. The location was also great. The room also had a balcony.

The Location.

Indeed. There are two buildings that belongs to the hotel, the first night the gave me a room in the building that doesnt have the reception (the old building), and I must say that the room was awful, cigarrette smell all over the place, and the matress really uncounfortable. Next morning I complaint because I had booked for a double bed room, and they had given me 2 single beds. So becaquse of that they changed me to the nice building. Otherwise they would've told me the hotel was full.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be unreliable at times.

It was a nice & comfortable stay,very pleasent atmosphere,friendly & cooperative staff.i like facilities & cleanliness of this hotel.i would prefer to stay this hotel in my next trips.

It's a very nice and big room for four of us and the balcony it's amazing and a very good bathroom

I found a care from the all staff but the room need a more equepments in that kitchen and the matrees must be more comfortable and the lighating system has many problems in the lamps and not enough lights

The staff when first come is very friendly.also when we had breakfast.the breakfast was good.the location near the shopping center n we liked it very much.the room for 4 persons also nice.

The hotel was nice and clean , the rooms are good size, the staff were nice and helpful , its located from a walking distance of the shopping area, restaurants and the zoo and its also not far from the main train station.

The location was really bad, espically for girls, its located in an area were its full of bars, night clubs and some strip clubs so it wasnt too safe to walk around at night-I'm talking from a girl's prospective. it is also eally noisy at night as one of the bars is right next to the hotel so all you can hear at night is ppl screaming and laughing and fighting.

Best balance of price and quality. Very good breakfast (restaurant on the first floor). Ten minutes from historical center of the city and 15 minutes from the business center. Well suited for long business trip - five and more days.

Empty bar in room, but who cares :)

It was located near the central metrostation Konstablerwache and the room was generally clean.

Not easy to find (no detailled description also on confirmation letter from Booked.net), lift was very narrow, under-priviledged area around the hotel (not feasible for alone travelling women at nighttime, maybe), room had some damages due to longterm usage or misleaded water.

the price

the noise and the bed bugs! I woke up in the middle of the night because I was bitten. I could not sleep properly after that and my whole week suffered because of that. Three days later, I am still full of the bite marks and full of unpleasant memories. The stuff should definitely do something about it!

Clean and friendly staff. Good Location

The coffee shops and around the street had lots of men hanging around the hotel drinking and smoking. Very off putting for a vacationer. Couldnt get a cup of coffee without smokers everywhere and men hanging around learing at you.
